At Holloways of Ludlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting. If your order isn't quite right, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original internal and external packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the return label and send the package using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods to confirm they are in a resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
